NOTICE FOR EU CUSTOMERS: Due to the new laws, you might get charged VAT upon receiving your order. I'm so sorry but that's out of my control, so please order with that in mind!

1. Does my order come with tracking?

- Yes! All domestic US orders come with full tracking. International orders also come with tracking, but only partial! While it's still a very good method of tracking, if you want to upgrade your shipping and tracking service please just send me an email about it!

 

Sticker ONLY orders get sent as LETTER mail, which does not come with tracking; both for US and INTL orders! You'll have to option to upgrade to tracking by adding the 'STICKER TRACKING' item to your order!

 

*DUE TO COVID SHIPPING TIMES MAY TAKE A BIT LONGER - please be patient when it comes to shipping times, especially if you're international, those tend to arrive very delayed, it's out of my control but I'm still super sorry about that!*

2. What shipping service do you use?

- USPS!

3. How can I track my order?

- You should get an email with your tracking number. If there's no link, simply copy and paste your number into google and click on "Track via USPS"!

4. What payment methods do you accept?

- Any credit/debit card and PayPal!

5. How long does shipping take?

- Domestic orders take around 4-6 business days. International orders take, on average, around 14 business days, but can go even up to a total of 5 weeks.

6. It's been 5* weeks, but my package hasn't arrived yet. What do I do?

- If this does happen I'm extremely sorry! But once I ship out your package it's usually out of my control. If your package is returned to me, I can either offer you a refund (minus shipping costs) or re-send the item back out to you but you would have to pay for the shipping costs again!

Most times packages are returned to sender due to an address error, so PLEASE make sure your address is correct when you type it in, since I will not be offering refunds if your package becomes lost in the mail due to an address error.

7. I noticed I made a mistake with my address, how do I fix it?

- If you notice you've made a mistake on your address, please email me at [email protected] ASAP! If i haven't mailed your order yet, I can easily update your address, but if I've already sent it out your only options are to claim it as lost, or hope it is returned back to me so I can re send it to you!

8. Something arrived broken, what do I do?

- I try my best to make sure everything is securely packaged, but if something does happen to break, please email me with a picture and I'll replace it or refund that item if its out of stock! The only thing that doesn't count is if print corners arrive a little bent, but major creases and bends, feel free to let me know!
